Overview Lemore Medical and Cosmetic Clinic is a growing, patient-centred family medicine practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using electronic medical records to gather patient histories and dietary information * Develop tailored nutrition care plans aligned with medical diagnoses and patient preferences * Provide clear, compassionate counseling to patients and their families on dietary choices, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional goals * Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition interventions into overall treatment plans * Monitor patient progress, adjust recommendations as needed, and document all interactions accurately in electronic health records * Educate patients on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or obesity through proper nutrition * Operate computer systems efficiently to manage patient data and communicate effectively with team members * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Qualifications * Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. * Experience in clinical nutrition or a related healthcare setting is preferred * Proficiency in electronic medical records systems for documentation and communication purposes * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Why Join Lemore Family Practice? * Collaborative, supportive, physician-led environment. * Modern clinic with an established patient base. * Opportunity to build your own nutrition practice within a busy family medicine clinic. * Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. * Administrative support provided.
