Responsibilities * Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques. * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. * Assist in organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff. * Support food preparation activities by handling food handling tasks as needed under supervision. * Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards throughout the kitchen. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours. * Help with general kitchen cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment.
