Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves supervising staff, managing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive store success. The Manager will play a pivotal role in team development, merchandising, and operational efficiency to meet business objectives. Responsibilities * Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow * Supervise administrative staff and support physiotherapists in delivering quality patient care * Schedule staff shifts and manage patient appointment bookings * Monitor patient flow and ensure excellent customer service at all times * Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally * Recruit, train, and evaluate clinic staff * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and privacy standards (e.g., patient confidentiality) * Manage billing, insurance claims, and payment processing * Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation * Oversee inventory of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed * Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial reporting * Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency * Coordinate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a professional clinic environment Skills * Proven leadership with supervising experience in retail or related fields. * Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively. * Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management. * Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and marketing tools. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. * Demonstrated ability in training & development, team management, and store management. * Strong math skills for inventory control, pricing adjustments, and financial reporting. * Effective time management skills coupled with phone etiquette and professional communication abilities.
