Duties * Develop and execute comprehensive educational strategies that support organizational objectives and promote innovative teaching practices * Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff to achieve excellence in delivery and student engagement * Oversee curriculum design, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with best practices in teaching and learning * Manage the education department?s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact * Establish partnerships with external organizations to enhance program offerings and expand learning opportunities * Monitor program performance through data analysis, feedback collection, and assessment metrics to continuously improve educational quality * Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies across all educational activities Qualifications * Proven experience in educational leadership or administration with a strong background in teaching and curriculum development * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, fostering collaboration and professional growth * Strong budgeting skills with experience managing financial resources for large-scale programs * Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, motivate staff, and engage stakeholders at all levels * Deep understanding of current pedagogical methods, educational technology, and assessment tools * Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; advanced degree preferred * Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within educational environments Join us as our Director of Education to shape the future of learning!
