Our Values Collaboration Accountability Respect Excellence Education Program Coordinator Reporting to the Senior Director, Education and Knowledge Translation, the Education Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Education programs. The role coordinates education workshops and courses delivered through in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats, including course administration, participant registrations, communications, and educational materials. The Education Program Coordinator also supports program evaluation activities, survey administration, and the preparation and distribution of educational resources and the collection, organization, and reporting of program data and statistics from 26 local Societies. Working as a member of the Education team, the Program Support Coordinator reports to the Manager-Education Partnerships and Outreach and contributes to the effective delivery of education programs and services. What You?ll Be Doing Education Program Coordination · Independently coordinate logistics for Workshops and elearning courses · Responds to requests for information from organizations, facilitators and participants · Pair organizations with trained facilitators · Coordinate workshop/course registration · Regularly communicate with facilitators, hosts and participants · Set up elearning courses and manage participants · Prepare, order and/or ship material packages · Maintain program material inventory · Prepare invoices and track financial information related to the program · Collect, maintain and report on program data · Create and maintain process documents · Coordinate, support, and facilitate licensing partnership initiatives and meetings with internal and external partners. Program Promotion, Communications and Outreach · Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and other communication channels to increase program awareness and participation. · Develop promotional materials and program resources, including brochures, presentations, flyers, email communications, and digital content. · Support outreach, marketing, and engagement initiatives to promote education programs to key audiences. · Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand program reach and participation. Data Collection · Collect data from local Societies and input into a provincial spreadsheet for reports (varied frequency, including monthly) · Review communications, data sheets and other documents to ensure accuracy · Communicate with local Societies and ASO Education team regularly including requests for data/information, reminders, responses to requests for clarification, follow-up when deadlines are not met · Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track data/information · Compile survey results and enter data into relevant documents/spreadsheets/databases · Create and maintain process documents General Administrative Duties · Act as back up to ALZeducate Coordinator supporting the Learning Management System including trouble shooting and user support · Participate in team meetings · Maintain online material/resource libraries (Shared Network drive) · Communicate with local Societies and external partners, ensuring accurate and consistent information. · Provide administrative and operational support to members of the team as needed · Other duties as required Who You Are: · University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field would be considered an asset · Up to three years of previous direct experience in an administrative, coordinator and/or project role · Previous experience in a not-for-profit organization is an asset · An equivalent
