Job Overview Metro Animal Emergency Clinic is growing and is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic veterinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for emergency animal care, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Emergency Veterinarian, you will provide urgent and critical care to a diverse range of animal patients, ensuring prompt diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate support for both animals and their owners. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in urgent veterinary medicine while collaborating with a committed team of professionals. Duties * Provide immediate medical attention and emergency interventions for critically ill or injured animals. * Conduct thorough examinations, diagnostics, and laboratory testing to determine the appropriate course of treatment. * Administer treatments including medication, fluids, anesthesia, and surgical procedures as needed. * Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes. * Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis in a compassionate manner. * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures and treatments. * Utilize laboratory experience to interpret diagnostic results efficiently and accurately.
