No two weeks look the same, giving you broad exposure to manufacturing, automation, process development, equipment design, and new product launches. Your responsibilities will include:Lead capital projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and operational handover.Support the scale-up of new products from laboratory development into commercial manufacturing.Improve manufacturing processes by identifying waste, bottlenecks, quality opportunities, and productivity improvements.Develop equipment specifications, layouts, and process improvements to support business growth.Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and project documentation.Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to successfully execute projects.Analyze manufacturing data and develop practical engineering solutions that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.Participate in equipment selection, installation, validation, and startup activities.Develop engineering standards, work instructions, and technical documentation.Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and equipment issues.Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while driving positive change.What We're Looking ForWe're more interested in your potential than simply the number of years on your résumé. The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related engineering discipline.Registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), or eligible for registration with Engineers New Brunswick.Approximately 2-7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, co-op placements, internships, or relevant industrial environments.Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with operators, tradespeople, suppliers, and senior leadership.Strong organizational and project management abilities.A ha
