Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ERP customizations Design, develop, and maintain searches and reports in the ERP environment Build and enhance scripts, workflows, forms, and custom records to support operations Ensure custom solutions adhere to ERP best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to data accuracy and system behavior. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs. Contribute to solution architecture discussions recommending scalable approaches. Support ERP roadmap initiatives and phased rollouts and process enhancements. Monitor and optimize script performance and system behavior. Document technical designs and support procedures to ensure long-term sustainability. Work closely with ERP administrators to support environment management. Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and to simplify customizations over time. Stay current with ERP platform updates and emerging best practices. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education/Experience-- 3+ years of experience providing ERP technical support Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Ability to deliver technical demonstrations Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills Show more Show less
