Primary Services is actively recruiting for an ERP Developer role for a large national organization seeking a skilled professional to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and administration. This full-time remote role lets you enhance enterprise systems through AL development, custom extensions, API integrations, and Power Platform solutions while partnering with finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate will leverage Business Central expertise to deliver technical solutions, optimize workflows, and provide functional support to end users. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL code to support business requirements. Create and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements across Business Central and related business applications. Develop API integrations and collaborate on system deployment, configuration, and ongoing application support. Partner with finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing teams to improve processes, data integrity, and system functionality. Provide functional support for Business Central modules, including Continia, Multi Entity Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Projects, and Fixed Assets. Troubleshoot system issues, workflows, reporting challenges, and user inquiries to ensure effective resolution. Build Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve user experiences. Develop user training materials, documentation, and resources to support system adoption. Apply SQL Server knowledge and Azure services to support database management and cloud-based solutions. Support technology enhancements and system improvements across multiple business entities. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience developing Business Central solutions using AL code. Experience supporting Business Central in a multi-unit or multi-entity organization. Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and functional support practices. Experience with API integrations, system enhancements, and application troubleshooting. Knowledge of SQL Server and Azure services. Experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
