Senior Developer III – ETL & Integration Developer (.NET/C#) Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Contract-to-Hire | W2 Only | No C2C | US Citizen or Green Card Only We're seeking a Senior Integration Developer with deep experience designing and building enterprise integrations—not simply developing .NET applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone whose primary expertise is ETL, data integration, APIs, and system connectivity , while leveraging C#/.NET as a tool to build robust integration solutions. Important: What We're Looking For This is NOT a traditional .NET application development position. Many applicants have strong backgrounds building web applications or business applications in .NET. While that's valuable experience, our client is specifically looking for an Integration Developer whose core focus has been connecting systems and moving data between applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building: ETL solutions APIs and web services Console applications Data integration frameworks Enterprise system integrations You should view C#/.NET as the technology used to build integrations , rather than your primary area of expertise. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or comparable ETL technologies Develop C#/.NET console applications and APIs to facilitate system integrations Integrate SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure, and enterprise applications Troubleshoot data integration, testing, and production issues Partner with business and technical teams to improve business processes Produce technical documentation and follow development best practices Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code quality guidance Required Qualifications 5+ years of ETL or enterprise data integration experience 5+ years of SQL development Hands-on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or another enterprise ETL platform Strong experience developing C#/.NET console applications (required) Experience building REST APIs and enterprise integrations Strong understanding of data integration concepts and architecture Experience with JSON, XML, EDI, or other data exchange formats Preferred Qualifications Azure API Management Azure Data Factory Snowflake Azure DevOps or Git Azure development experience Experience mentoring developers Agile/Scrum experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Charlotte, NC Contract-to-Hire W2 only (No C2C) US Citizen or Green Card holder required Ideal Background We're especially interested in candidates who have held titles such as: Integration Developer ETL Developer Data Integration Engineer Middleware Developer Integration Engineer API Developer Azure Integration Developer rather than candidates whose experience has been primarily focused on ASP.NET, web application development, or general .NET software engineering.
