About the Company Our client, a highly respected and established investment organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a C level senior investment executive. About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys operating as a true gatekeeper and right hand. The role offers significant exposure across the organization, interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to take on increasingly strategic responsibilities over time, including project coordination, operational initiatives, and special projects. Responsibilities Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, balancing competing priorities and ensuring executives are focused on high-impact activities. Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up action items. Serve as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders. Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and related logistics. Track key deadlines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring follow-through on critical initiatives. Support client meetings, executive visits, and special events throughout the year. Assist with expense reporting, administrative operations, and special projects. Partner closely with leadership and the broader administrative team to drive efficiency and seamless execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Proven track record of taking ownership, building long-term partnerships, and following through on key initiatives and responsibilities over time. Demonstrates flexibility and sound judgment, responding to shifting priorities with professionalism, warmth, and a service-oriented mindset. Genuine interest in growing with an organization and building a long-term partnership with executive leadership. Resourceful, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about New York City, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations, coordinate client-facing experiences, and serve as a trusted local resource.
