These services include: Property services on a government-wide basis, including acquisition and space management of government accommodation needs; Real estate acquisition and disposal services, road investigations, appraisal, and survey services; Inventory, system furniture design and acquisition, inventory acquisition for new schools, disposal of all surplus furniture and equipment; Property management services for the NS Business Inc. owned properties and; 6 Industrial Water Utilities owned by the Province. About Our Opportunity Reporting directly to the Manager of Infrastructure Leasing and Facilities Planning, the Infrastructure Leasing and Facilities Project Lead will be responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing and negotiating lease and project management transactions and agreements while adhering to all government policies and standards. You will also oversee completion of all necessary paperwork, including budgetary performance of the leasing operations for all Departments and ABC's. You will manage a diverse and substantial portfolio of projects with a high level of demands and complexity, in a fast-paced ever-changing real estate environment. You will be managing client needs and relationships at the senior executive level, and responding to emergency facility issues, such as infrastructure failures or immediate new space requirements.
