The team at Novant Health Prosperity Family Physicians is eager to add a new physician to their team of 5 other physicians, an APP, a Clinical Pharmacist and great support staff. The office is open Mon-Fri from 8:00-5:00. Our office is in northeast Charlotte near UNC Charlotte. There are several great neighborhoods within a 15 minute commute including the town of Harrisburg which provides access to the highly rated Cabarrus County School System. Additionally, you can enjoy everything the Queen City has to offer including several sports teams, museums and theaters, parks or greenways, and a huge selection of incredible dining. For Our Primary Care Providers Access is a key theme – Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us. All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine. Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.
