Scheduling and Coordination : Managing the advisor's calendar, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings with clients, tax teams, and estate planners. Documentation and Reporting : Preparing, organizing, and reviewing client financial documents, investment updates, and account paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance. Transaction Processing : Executing trades, processing deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers under advisor instructions while adhering to compliance regulations. Operational Support : Maintaining client databases, managing multiple computer systems, and assisting with marketing efforts such as newsletters or seminar invitations. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : A high school diploma or GED is the minimum; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience : 1-3 years in financial services, banking, or customer-facing roles Technical Skills : Familiarity with financial planning software, investment terminology, and compliance regulations. Soft Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and client service skills are essential. Credit/Security Check: The successful candidate must pass a criminal and credit check.
