Company Overview: We are a well-established commercial roofing company seeking experienced Flat Roofers and Journeymen to join our team. Position Type: Full-time, year-round work (weather permitting) Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems including 4-ply built-up roofs, 2-ply modified bitumen, Single ply membranes such as TPO, EPDM and PVC * Perform hot mopping with safety and precision * Perform heat welding, torching and installation of cold-applied systems * Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily toolbox talks * Work effectively with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience * Strong understanding of commercial flat roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques * Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions * Reliable transportation to site daily * Valid Working at Heights certification (required) * Full G driver?s license (required) * Additional safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Propane, Fall Protection) are an asset * Must be punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wages based on demonstrated skill level and experience * Consistent work throughout the GTA and surrounding regions Schedule: * Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Please apply with your resume or a brief summary of your roofing experience and certifications.
