About The Role As a Senior Flutter Developer at Nexxt, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will be an integral member of our Digital Engineering delivery team, working closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and fellow developers to craft innovative digital solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experiences. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our mobile product offerings, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with modern development standards. In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing and developing new mobile application modules based on business requirements, maintaining and enhancing existing codebases, and building reusable components to streamline future development efforts. You will also be responsible for developing and integrating user interfaces that adhere to UI/UX best practices, integrating APIs and third-party services, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance. Participation in architecture discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to delivering high-quality solutions that align with project goals and technical standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language, with at least 1+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile application development. Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs, including handling asynchronous data, is required. Familiarity with mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM and MVP, along with adherence to platform-specific guidelines for iOS and Android, is essential. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines is necessary to facilitate efficient development workflows. Additional qualifications include experience with cloud services such as AWS (including AppSync and Cognito), Firebase, or similar platforms. A solid understanding of mobile application performance optimization, session management, and security best practices is important. Candidates should also have a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively and work collaboratively in an agile environment. Knowledge of native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS) and familiarity with real-time technologies like Socket.io will be considered advantageous. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
