About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Datapizza. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations to our clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to solve real-world problems. As a key member of our data team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business needs, design data-driven solutions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a technology or consulting environment. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities The core responsibilities for this role include: Collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all platforms. Implementing data quality checks and troubleshooting issues related to data discrepancies. Participating in the design and deployment of new data solutions and tools. Providing training and support to end-users on data analysis tools and best practices. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve data processes.
