About The Role We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise will contribute to creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly mobile solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and Dart, with a passion for clean code, innovative design, and collaborative development. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter, with a comprehensive understanding of Dart programming. Strong knowledge of Flutter SDK, null safety, custom widgets, animations, and platform channels is essential. Prior experience in publishing or maintaining apps for both iOS and Android platforms is required. Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase services (Auth, Realtime Database, Crashlytics, Analytics), and integrating third-party SDKs, especially payment or POS systems, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Experience working within CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and collaborative version control systems such as Git is also important. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus for collaboration with team members in Mexico. Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and scalability. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components to streamline development processes. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver innovative features aligned with project goals. Write clean, well-structured, and testable code, incorporating unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions to uphold coding standards. Debug, optimize, and enhance app performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience. Integrate app functionalities with APIs and backend services, including Firebase, to support features such as authentication, real-time data synchronization, crash reporting, and analytics. Implement push notifications, deep linking, and app tracking mechanisms to improve user engagement. Support adaptive layouts and Flutter Web when required, ensuring consistent performance across different devices and platforms. Contribute to improving development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes, including TestFlight, Google Play internal testing, and app store deployment. Maintain and enhance automated deployment pipelines for both iOS and Android, facilitating smooth test and production releases. Provide ongoing support for live applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates to meet evolving user needs and technological advancements.
