Flutter Mobile Architect

Role: Flutter Mobile Architect Location: Tampa, Florida, (Onsite) Duration: 12 month We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Mobile Architect to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality mobile apps. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers. Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile processes. Integrate third-party APIs and work with backend teams on data integration. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality standards are met. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them. Stay up to date with new trends and emerging technologies in mobile development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in Flutter/Dart. Proven experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications. Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile libraries for networking and storage. Familiarity with native development (Android/iOS) is a plus. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud functions. Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or community involvement. Experience with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD). Familiarity with app publishing processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
