Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Duties - Deliver food orders to customers efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or special requests promptly - Support the waitstaff as needed to enhance the overall dining experience Requirements - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Willingness to assist in various tasks within the food service industry Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.75 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Extended health care Experience: * restaurant: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
