What we?re looking for: * You notice the little things and don?t need someone to point them out for you. * You?re a hard worker who sees what needs doing and gets to it. * You can think on your feet and figure things out when things get busy. * You?re comfortable juggling a few things at once without losing your cool. * You communicate well and aren?t afraid to ask questions. * You genuinely enjoy taking care of people and making their experience a good one. * You can handle the pace when the restaurant is packed, and things get a little wild. * You?re a team player who brings a positive attitude to the shift. * Weekend availability is a must. This one is non-negotiable. You don?t need to know everything on day one. We can teach you the restaurant stuff. What we can?t teach is a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to pitch in. One important thing: We?re located in a rural area, so applicants must have regular access to a vehicle for transportation.
