Company Overview B&J Warehousing & Distribution is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company serving clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. With a newly expanded 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Mississauga, we are currently hiring a certified Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. Key Responsibilities * Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move goods * Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure safe operation * Pick and organize inventory according to orders * Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving, packing, and shipping * Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area * Use scanners or inventory systems to track stock movement Qualifications * Valid forklift license or certification required (counterbalance or reach truck) * Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment * Basic English communication skills * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality * Experience in warehouse or logistics industry is an asset What We Offer * Full-time stable position * Supportive team environment * Clean and well-organized warehouse * Opportunities for career growth within the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
