We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Milton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift, moving materials throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can consistently follow safety procedures. Responsibilities * Operate counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. * Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. * Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. * Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment when required. * Receive and put away incoming inventory. * Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. * Perform inventory movement and maintain organized storage areas. * Inspect materials and products for damage before movement or shipment. * Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Work closely with warehouse and shipping/receiving teams to ensure smooth daily operations. * Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Qualifications * Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift. * Valid forklift certification is an asset/required depending on company requirements. * Previous warehouse experience. * Experience with loading and unloading. * Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment. * Strong attention to safety and detail. * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
