The R ole This is a highly technical, customer-facing position where you'll work directly with some of the most sophisticated ML and GenAI teams in the wo rld. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them deploy, monitor, evaluate, and improve AI applications in production while partnering with stakeholders ranging from engineers and data scientists through to directors and execut ives. What You'll Be Doing• Advising enterprise customers on AI, GenAI, and ML best pra ctices• Working closely with leading ML and LLM engineering teams• Delivering technical product demonstrations and wor kshops• Supporting customers throughout the AI development lif ecycle• Conducting strategic business reviews alongside Sales teams• Partnering with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap dec isions• Driving adoption, expansion, and long-term customer s uccess What We're Look ing For• Experience building or supporting ML, GenAI, or AI applications in pro duction• Strong understanding of model development, deployment, evaluation, and mon itoring• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, or modern AI fra meworks• Knowledge of tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Sciki t-learn• Experience working within AWS, Azure, or GCP• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business au diences Nice To Have• Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success Eng ineering• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infras tructure• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive stak eholders Show more Show less
