Founding Software Engineer (EQUITY ONLY)

The Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on Founding Software Engineer to help build the next evolution of SideKix, our product, technology, and engineering culture. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, takes ownership, and enjoys turning ideas into exceptional user experiences. You'll play a critical role in developing and scaling our Flutter applications across Android and Web, improving our existing platform, and helping transform SideKix into a reliable, production-ready product used by entrepreneurs everywhere. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to make important technical decisions, solve complex problems, and build technology that helps more people turn ideas into reality. What You'll do Partner directly with leaders on product vision and execution Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to bring SideKix to market. Own development of our Flutter applications across Android and Web, delivering pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs. Refactor and modernize our existing Flutter codebase to improve architecture, performance, and maintainability before launch. Build and maintain backend integrations, APIs, authentication, AI features, payment systems, and cloud services. Own testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure reliable deployments. Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the product after launch. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and help establish engineering best practices. What You Bring Proven track record building, shipping, and iterating on production software. Strong experience building mobile and web applications with Flutter, APIs, and modern cloud services. Experience designing scalable application architecture and creating reliable, maintainable systems. A founder mindset: comfortable taking ownership, solving ambiguous problems, and moving between technical execution and product strategy. Experience managing production releases, deployments, app store submissions, testing, and ongoing product improvements. Passion for AI-driven personalization, thoughtful user experiences, and human-centered design. Familiarity with Figma, analytics tools, monitoring platforms, and modern development workflows. Bonus: Experience building products for small businesses, creators, education, or community-driven platforms.
