Award winning Pet Spa in Orleans is seeking a front desk agent. Duties include greeting clients, booking appointments via phone, email and in person, serving/ cashing out clients, cleaning, helping out groomers etc. We are a busy shop and seeking a friendly,well mannered, reliable, team oriented individual who is motivated, takes initiative and most of all loves animals. Qualifications * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction * Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting * Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems * Ability to provide exceptional guest services and hospitality * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person
