We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who shares our passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable. From managing reservations and check-ins to handling inquiries and promoting our hotel services, you?ll help create a positive and lasting impression.Responsibilities * Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries * Answer calls, manage reservations, and confirm bookings * Handle payments (cash, card, check) and balance daily transactions * Audit, verify, and reconcile daily revenue documentation * Manage room assignments, inventory, and availability * Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints * Promote hotel amenities, services, and features * Support smooth front desk operations while maintaining a warm, professional presence Experience * We?re looking for someone with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working at a hotel front desk position. You should be comfortable communicating in English (both spoken and written) and be confident using computers, including tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills * Proficiency with hotel management systems/software * Basic math and computer literacy * Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure * Availability: Must be able to work all shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) * Education: Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Bilingual candidates are an asset. Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
