front desk agent

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests, responding to guest concerns in a polite and friendly manner and advising guest on all the hotel amenities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of multitasking and responding to multiple requests at once. Responsibilities: * Greeting guests in a sincere and friendly manner * Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure * Posting charges to the appropriate guest accounts. * Anticipating and addressing guests needs. * Answering phone calls and taking reservations * Communicate with guests on hotel amenities and packages Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 1 year font desk agent experience preferred * Outstanding communication skills * Team player * Available to work shift, weekends and holidays Competitive wage Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60 per hour Work Location: In person
