Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele and enhance guest experience. Duties * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures * Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information * Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software * Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and issues are resolved quickly * Uphold professional phone etiquette and uphold the hotel?s hospitality standards at all times * Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and managing guest accounts Qualifications * Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in hotel environments * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor * Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities is a plus * Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally * Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality industry standards * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the hotel brand This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences.
