This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires candidates to be located within the Whistler area or to have reliable local accommodations in place prior to starting. Key Responsibilities: * Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests throughout their stay * Welcome arriving guests, complete check-ins, process departures, and handle guest inquiries efficiently * Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to emails, and assist with reservation bookings * Process guest payments, maintain an accurate cash float, and complete end-of-shift balancing procedures * Enter and update reservations accurately and process booking requests received by phone or email * Provide guests with recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and transportation * Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: * Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience is preferred * Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Tourism is an asset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with hotel property management systems is an asset * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts * Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Work Location: In person
