About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role demands a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to contribute to building cutting-edge technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers and leadership to deliver high-quality features and solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of our React/Redux single-page application, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. This position offers the flexibility of remote work initially, with the opportunity to be based in California once circumstances permit. The ideal candidate will be a proactive owner, committed to technical excellence, innovation, and the growth of the company.
