About The Role The role focuses on building responsive, highly interactive, and visually polished user interfaces for core consumer-facing web applications. This engineer will translate complex UI/UX designs into modular, reusable component systems that ensure a seamless and high-performing user experience. Working alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers, the role is critical to bridging the gap between design concepts and robust technical execution, with a strong focus on accessibility, state management, and modern frontend architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy scalable frontend web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect layouts using Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS Optimize web application performance, including bundle size, rendering latency, and Core Web Vitals, to deliver a seamless user experience Integrate frontend client architectures with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, implementing efficient caching and data synchronization strategies Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to ensure UI stability Contribute to internal frontend tooling, share best practices, and participate in technical design sessions and code reviews What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically focused on production-grade web applications Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and deep hands-on experience with React Strong proficiency in CSS/HTML and a deep understanding of responsive layout techniques, flexbox, grid, and browser compatibility Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA conformance) and semantic HTML markup Experience with frontend build chains and development workflows, including tools like Vite, Webpack, and npm/yarn/pnpm Bonus: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), GraphQL/Apollo client, or micro-frontends Show more Show less
