About The Role The role focuses on building responsive, highly performant, and accessible user interfaces for core web applications. This engineer will translate complex design concepts into modular, reusable components, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. Working within a collaborative product team, this position bridges the gap between design and backend infrastructure. The team values clean architecture, performant state management, and modern rendering patterns to deliver reliable web platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks Optimize application performance, implementing code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management to reduce bundle sizes and improve core web vitals Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build a consistent, accessible component library following WCAG guidelines Integrate complex REST and GraphQL APIs with robust error handling and local caching layers Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to maintain high test coverage Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions to uphold high standards of code quality and frontend architecture What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in professional frontend development with a strong focus on building complex single-page applications Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern state management tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Recoil Strong understanding of browser APIs, CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), CSS-in-JS, and modern bundling tools like Webpack or Vite Experience implementing responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility Solid foundation in software engineering best practices, including version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and writing testable code Bonus: Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks, GraphQL/Apollo Client, and mobile-responsive web development Show more Show less
