About The Role The role is responsible for architecting and building highly responsive, intuitive user interfaces for core web applications. This position works closely with product, design, and backend engineering to bridge the gap between user experience and technical execution. You will build reusable UI components, manage complex application state, and optimize rendering pipelines to deliver a seamless, high-performance experience across modern web browsers and device types. Key Responsibilities Develop complex, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and state management libraries like Redux Toolkit or Zustand Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts and interactive wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible component hierarchies Optimize frontend application performance, focusing on bundle size reduction, code splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to guarantee application stability Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing local cache consistency and resilient network error handling Contribute to and maintain a shared frontend design system, documenting UI patterns and component APIs for use across multiple teams What We Are Looking For 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in frontend web development Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and deep understanding of React lifecycle and hooks Expertise in CSS layout techniques, preprocessors, and modern styling solutions like Tailwind CSS or styled-components Experience with modern frontend tooling, including bundlers like Vite or Webpack, and package managers like npm or Yarn Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior, DOM manipulation, and frontend performance profiling tools Bonus: Experience with Next.js, SSR architectures, or implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) Show more Show less
