About The Role The role drives the development of high-performance, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that serve as the primary gateway for millions of users. The engineer will collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive, fluid web applications. This position is critical to modernizing the web architecture, improving core web vitals, and building reusable component libraries that scale across multiple product lines. The focus is on performance optimization, state management, and maintaining high engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind or styled-components Optimize application performance to achieve excellent Core Web Vitals, focusing on code-splitting, lazy loading, and asset optimization Design and maintain complex client-side state management architectures using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query Implement comprehensive testing suites containing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build and document accessible, WCAG-compliant components within a centralized design system Participate in technical design discussions, write architecture RFCs, and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality standards What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in frontend web development Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, modern TypeScript, and the React ecosystem Deep understanding of browser performance, rendering engines, caching strategies, and HTTP/REST APIs Hands-on experience with modern frontend build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack Strong UI/UX sensibility with experience translating Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible HTML/CSS Bonus: Experience with Next.js/SSR architectures, GraphQL integration, or contributing to open-source UI libraries Show more Show less
