About The Role This role focuses on building responsive, highly interactive web applications that serve as the primary interface for millions of users. The engineer will collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences. The position requires deep technical knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, browser performance characteristics, and scalable state management. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining architectural consistency, driving web accessibility standards, and building reusable UI component libraries. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS-in-JS methodologies Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility across desktop and mobile devices Design and implement robust client-side state management strategies using tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build, maintain, and document a unified, accessible design system compliant with WCAG standards Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to ensure application stability Participate in code reviews, author technical RFCs, and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices and design patterns What We Are Looking For 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in modern frontend development Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and deep hands-on experience with React and its core ecosystem Solid understanding of browser APIs, rendering pipelines, web performance optimization, and responsive design principles Proven experience building and maintaining complex web applications with robust testing and CI/CD automation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with Next.js, GraphQL APIs, Webpack/Vite configuration, or building complex data visualizations using D3.js Show more Show less
