We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Gas Station Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume gas station. The ideal candidate will have 6?7+ years of experience managing a gas station, including experience working with Esso-branded locations, and a proven track record of leading teams, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities * Manage all daily gas station operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance. * Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. * Oversee inventory management, fuel and merchandise ordering, stock control, and loss prevention. * Handle cash management, daily deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations. * Monitor fuel inventory, pricing, and vendor coordination. * Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and operational efficiency. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. * Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational results. * Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure the facility is well-maintained at all times. Qualifications * Minimum 6?7 years of experience as a Gas Station Manager, with experience managing or working at an Esso-branded gas station. * Strong knowledge of gas station operations, inventory control, cash handling, budgeting, and financial management. * Proven experience managing and leading a team. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
