We work alongside a specialized steel fabrication shop that opens the doors to some unique projects.We're always looking for quality glazier's, who want a long term home, and to do work they will be proud of.Whether you are new to the trade, or a seasoned journeyman, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities include:Read and Understand blueprints and specificationsMeasure & layout openings for size and shapeMeasure and cut glassAssemble, and install aluminum framesKnowledge on how to handle/carry glass properlyFabricate and build frames/curtain wallsResponsible for safety on job sitesResponsible for tools and materials on siteCreate positive work environment Qualifications Required:All levels of experience neededConstruction experience is an assetValid Class five (5) drivers licenseAbility to speak, write and read EnglishWHMIS, Aerial Lift and Fall Protection certificates are an assetMust have strong interpersonal and communication skillsMust have own tools, safety equipment/gearAbility to work at heightsAbility to work alone or with a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:Company eventsDental careDisability insuranceExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication question(s):Do you have a valid Drivers LicenseThis position is physically demanding and most work is outside.
