Asset based trucking company is seeking an Director of Brokerage Operations to become an integral part of our team! *Responsibilities: * * Formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives (brokerage is at startup stage) * Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. * Track and forecast operational trends and analysis * Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines * Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations *Qualifications: * * Minimum 5 years of working experience in the trucking industry/freight brokerage * Strong sales and management skills * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * Strong leadership qualities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year Experience: * Transportation: 2 years (Preferred) * Management: 2 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
