Role Description The Global Senior Vice President role is a full-time, remote leadership position responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client outcomes across Phoenix Capital Ltd.’s international portfolio. This leader will oversee regional and global business lines, define and execute long-term strategies, and ensure alignment with the company’s values, risk appetite, and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior leadership teams, setting performance targets, reviewing financial and operational metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and client satisfaction. The role involves cultivating and managing key client and partner relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the company in high-level external engagements. The Global Senior Vice President will also drive cross-functional collaboration, sponsor major transformation initiatives, and develop a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, and inclusive people management. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, global business leadership, and market expansion within financial services or a closely related sector. Strong financial and analytical skills, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Proven experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication. Track record of leading high-performing, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams, with a focus on inclusion, transparency, and accountability. Experience managing risk, governance, and regulatory considerations in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at board and C-suite levels. Background in driving organizational change, digital transformation, process improvement, or innovation programs. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered. Ability to work effectively in a remote, global setting with flexibility across time zones and cultures.
