Software Engineer Contract-to-Hire | Remote | US Citizenship Required Arsenal AI is hiring a Software Engineer to support integration development for a leading healthcare technology platform. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience building real-world APIs and distributed systems. This is a contract-to-hire role with opportunity for full-time conversion. What You'll Do EHR Integrations: Assist in building integrations with Electronic Health Record systems Backend Development: Develop backend services and APIs that power healthcare platform integrations Testing & Troubleshooting: Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across integration touchpoints Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional team members Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code that meets enterprise engineering standards Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience (or equivalent projects) Knowledge of APIs and backend development Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Strong programming fundamentals US Citizenship is required Tech Stack Golang · AWS · PostgreSQL · Angular · Jenkins
