Golang Engineer

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Go (Golang), distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Go (Golang). Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions. Implement security and data protection best practices. Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang). Experience building REST APIs and microservices. Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
