Responsibilities * Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including general labor, carpentry, taping and painting * Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. * Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. * Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance procedures. * Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and repair work. * Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
