Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Install hardware such as knobs and hinges. Install vinyl decking materials. Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair. Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks.
