Heavy Equipment Operator Loader Operator *Seasonal ? Full Time * August 4, 2026 Bay St. George Ready-Mix is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to work primarily with our Sand pit operations in Barachois Brook, NL. Experience with wheel loaders is required. Previous experience in crushing or screening operations and a class 3 license would be an asset. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and willing to learn individual, who can work independently as well as in a team environment. Candidate must be able to assist in other work activities associated with operating crushing equipment such as basic maintenance, lubrication, housekeeping, etc. A successful candidate must possess good leadership skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to product quality and safety. Candidates must maintain a valid driver?s licence, a good safety record and provide both an acceptable police records check and a drivers abstract prior to hiring. Candidates will be required to work at other associated Bay St. George operations as directed. The successful applicant will be expected to work a flexible schedule and must also be comfortable with assuming a leadership role. They should possess the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner, as well as multi- task and work efficiently in a production environment.
