Throughout your shift, you'll assist multiple residents according to their individual care needs. Responsibilities include: Provide assistance with bathing, showers, and personal care routines. Help residents with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care activities. Complete laundry and light housekeeping duties as needed. Offer medication reminders in accordance with community guidelines. Build meaningful relationships through companionship and social interaction. Respond to resident requests with kindness, professionalism, and respect. What You'll Need Minimum of one year of Home Health Aide experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for serving older adults. Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and provide a negative drug test result.
