Facility: BayCare HomeCare Location: Sarasota, FL Status: Full time Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Friday Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Home visits in assigned service area: Sarasota, FL BayCare Offers a Competitive Total Reward Package Including Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement 401k match and additional yearly contribution Yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus Community discounts and more Speech Therapist Responsibilities Include Evaluating and developing plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology Conducting home visits and providing services based on plan of care Working in conjunction with other disciplines such as RNs, LPNs, therapy, etc. Requirements Education: Master's degree in Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology Licensures: Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire), Speech Therapy, and BLS Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience related to Speech Therapy Preferred : 1 year of Home Care experience This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
