About Us Bedford regency Hotel located in downtown Victoria. We're providing accommodation and F&B service in the past 30yrs by our great staffing team members. We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person who can be our Night Auditor and be able to work a fixed schedule on Friday & Saturday (from 11pm to 7am) The candidate is expected to work individually as well as plays a good role as a team player. We prefer experienced candidate who have worked in hotel industry with Opera System but will provide training as well. * Description of Duties: -Operating Hotel PMS for checking in/out, reservations, - Interacting and responding guests' inquiries - Payment Settlement / POS - Balance out financial transactions and account postings. - Managing sales, cash and credit card activities. -Maintain the safety of the building during the shift -Prepare paper works for the next day hotel operation * Qualification: Minimum of 1 year cashier experience Fluent communication skills in English Time management * Schedule: 8 hour shift per day /Friday & Saturday Benefits: * Food discount at Garrick's head & Churchill Pubs * Staff Event Job Types: Permanent, Part-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Cashier: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
