This role partners closely with employees, people leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to support employee relations, workforce administration, HR operations, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.  The HRG serves as a trusted resource by providing policy guidance, supporting employee relations activities, administering workforce transactions, maintaining HR data integrity, and helping execute HR programs that support business objectives.
