About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about people management and want to build a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. Support employee onboarding and induction activities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations. Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Support performance management and probation review processes. Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist in organizing training and development programs. Requirements Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of HRMS tools is an advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
